About this property
Enjoy a stay in our comfy apartment in the city center of Paris. This 40 square meters and its private great terrace will let you avail the parisian life. This apartment is quiet and very secure.
Kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets, you will find in the living room a sofa-bed and a double comfy bed.
Buci is a lovely hidden apartment. Be seduced by this warm and comfortable atmosphere.
-Kitchen is open on the living room and full equipped with crockery and utensils. In this room you will find a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. For your stay we will provide you coffee, wash pod and soap for the washing machine.
-The living disposed of a cosy sofa-bed (140x200) and a night space with a queen size bed (160x200).
-The bathroom is equipped with a sick, a towel dryer a hairdryer and a bathtub.
Toilets are separated and located in the entrance of the apartment.
By staying in our apartment you can enjoy the private calm terrace and this lovely green space in the heart of Paris.

- The apartment has Wi-Fi.
- Welcome products of the brand "Anne Semonin" (shower gel, shampoo, body cream ..) will be at your disposal during your stay.
- Upon your arrival at the apartment, a member of the Guest Trotter team will welcome you with refreshments (Bottle of water and Perrier). We provide you some premium sheets and bath towels. The Guest Trotter team will hand over the keys and show you the accommodation upon arrival.
Keys and building codes will be given at the beginning of your stay.

Upon your arrival at the apartment, you will be welcomed by the company Guest Trotter, a high-end management service that ensures the smooth running of your stay by providing you towels and hotel sheets, the handing over of keys and manual of the apartment but also assistance when needed.
Please note that a member of our team will welcome you to the apartment to give you the keys every day between 15:00 and 20:00.
If you arrive after 20:00, we will charge you:
- 50€ for a check-in between 20:00 and 22:00
- 80€ for a check-in between 22:00 and midnight
-100 € after midnight
The area:
Left side of Paris, in the heart of the 6th district, Saint-Germain-Des-Prés is one of the most chic neighborhood of the city. Known thanks to its luxuries shops and famous art gallery you would love to have a sit in one of its numerous cult terrace brasseries : Le Café de Flore, Le Café des deux mégots ou encore la Brasserie Lipp, places visited by artists and intellectuals mens who built the area history.
At the Seine’s edge, this district is ideally located. Near from the Luxembourg garden by the south, and the Louvre by the north, you definitely are in the heart of Paris.
The apartment is situated in the street “de Buci”, near from every commodities. Supermarket and bakery are down the building. Pharmacy is only 2 minutes walk.
