Unlike most Clifton apartments, Arcadia Steps has an outdoor access courtyard which opens itself to summer gatherings and a traditional South African braai with ocean views. This dwelling was recently renovated and fitted with the finest finishes to ensure the comfort of any who stay within it. The bedrooms have a King and Queen sized beds respectively with memory foam mattresses. The bed bases have been custom built with under bed drawer storage to accommodate clothing and shoes to avoid cluttering the clean presentation of the bedrooms. Both washing machine and Tumble dryer are available in the house for your use.
High folding and stacking doors open the entire front facade of the apartment to the cool breezes and ocean views below, a real focal point.
