This calm and sumptuous apartment of 100m2, links ancient charm with convenient design. In the heart of the 9th district of Paris, one step away from the “Haussman” boulevard, the famous “Galeries Lafayette” and "l'Opéra Garnier", you are 15 minutes away from the center of the Capital. You will also benefit from easy access to all airports and train stations. The street is very calm and you will feel completely safe in this luxurious apartment (you access the building thanks to a code). Located on the 4th floor and accessible by elevator, the apartment is equipped with: - A large living-room divided in a dining area with a table and another area for relaxation with a sofa and a TV. - The kitchen is fully equipped, dish-washer, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. You will also disposed of every crockery to cook as home. For your stay we provide dishwasher tablets, washing powder and Nespresso coffee. - A laundry, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. - A master bedroom equipped with a queen size bed (160x200cm) - A second bedroom equipped with two single beds (90x200) which can be joined together to make a queen size bed and a working space with a desk. - Separated toilet - A dressing area for your belongings. - The apartment has free Wi-Fi access. - Welcome products of the brand "Anne Semonin" (shower gel, shampoo) will be at your disposal during your stay. - Upon your arrival at the apartment, a member of the Guest Trotter team will welcome you with refreshments (Coca-Cola and Perrier). We provide you some premium sheets, bath towels and Nespresso capsules. The Guest Trotter team will hand over the keys and show you the accommodation upon arrival. Keys and building codes will be given at the beginning of your stay. We are available by e-mail and phone every day. To make your stay more comfortable, we will be happy to organize the following services: - a spa service with professional masseurs at home, 7 days a week, with quality beauty products - reservations for restaurants of your choice - equipments for children - transfer bookings can be arranged from airports and train stations to your apartment - pocket wifi to enjoy an internet connection anywhere in Paris Upon your arrival at the apartment, you will be welcomed by the company Guest Trotter, a high-end management service that ensures the smooth running of your stay by providing you towels and hotel sheets, the handing over of keys and manual of the apartment but also assistance when needed. Please note that a member of our team will welcome you to the apartment to give you the keys every day between 15:00 and 20:00. If you arrive after 20:00, we will charge you: - 50€ for a check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 - 80€ for a check-in between 22:00 and midnight -100 € after midnight All travellers will be delighted by this ideally centered apartment in the 9th district of Paris, mostly known for its theatres, which is only 10 minutes away for the gorgeous “Opera Garnier”.
