This luminous studio of 25m2 with a view on the Parisian roof, is fully equipped and will offer you all the necessary comfort to enjoy a city break in the heart of the Marais.
Located a few steps of the famous and trendy Marché des Enfants Rouges, this apartment is the perfect place to discover and enjoy Paris.
This spacious studio, perfectly designed for a stay as a couple, has:
- a bright living area with a table diner for 2 peoples.
- an open kitchen with all the facilities such as : micro waves, stove, fridge, nespresso machine, kettle and washing machine.
- A sleeping area with a 160x200cm bed facing a TV.
- a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet
- Wifi is present throughout the apartment
We put at your disposal during your stay:
- Amenities of the luxury spa brand "Anne Semonin" (shower gel and shampoo).
- Hotel beddings and towels.
The building is secure and has a private entrance with a code.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor. You will have to take the lift until the 5th floor then climb the stairs to the 6th, the studio in on your left.
The Guest Trotter team will manage the keys and show you the accommodation upon your arrival. Please note that there is a lift to go up to the 5th floor, but then you have to take the stairs to reach to the final stage the 6th.

To make your stay more comfortable, we can organize:

- transfer bookings can be arranged from airports and train stations for your arrival

Please note that a member of our team will welcome you to the apartment to give you the keys every day between 3pm and 8pm.
If you arrive after 8pm, we will charge you:
- 50€ for a check-in between 8pm and 10pm
- 80€ for a check-in between 10pm and midnight
- 100€ after midnight
The apartment is located in the heart of the capital, in the authentic and trendy district of the Marais. Embodying both the charm of ancient times and the modernity of the metropolis, we love to get lost in the cobbled streets with its many design shops and trendy restaurants.
A few steps from the apartment, you will reach the Carreau du Temple, a hub of activity in the area with a wide variety of cultural and artistic programming and many shops open even on Sundays.
Finally, you will find a few minutes walk to the Marché des Enfants Rouges, one of the most typical markets of Paris where it is good to walk around and enjoy the terraces for a week-end brunch.
